Introducing the 1982 Firebird Commercial

This commercial introduced the third generation Firebirds and Trans Ams.

The voice over is that of Richard Basehart.

These video graphics and sound effects and futuristic synth electronic music is very period correct for the early eighties.
During the 80's we wanted to hear about futurism and technology forward thinking.

Now you have all these soft emotional conservationist 'save the earth' green commercials...lol
