We had a great 4th just going to Barbeques. I finally got my car to pass inspection on the 3rd so I'm good to go for Saratoga. I hit Mark's cruise in East Granby CT tonight and counted Firebirds. I tried spreading the word for next Monday, Firebird night. The tally was pretty good, I would say 600 cars at Marks with 11 Firebirds. It was very hot so people ere huddled in the shade everywhere they could find it. Pretty good turnout given that. The fulel tally was 2 First gens, 3 Second gens (including mine), 3 third gens, and 3 fourth gens.

I still have the Charter Oak Panera cruises on my mind. I wonder how many showed up at Hooters Friday night to meet Rich from Ohio.

Absolutely... a relaxing time with the family.

Jan and I hosted an afternoon barbecue with the family. Jeff, Amy, Dan and Steph all came over the house for a grand feast. I cooked up sirloin steak strips, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, kielbasa and sausage. Along with fresh salads, wine and cold beer, it was a tasty time for all.

At 5:00PM I took the Firebird over to the Ocean Beach Cruise night in New London.
