What brand of car wax do you use?

Post by 69_RAG_TOP on Wed Jun 09, 2010 9:17 pm

There are many waxes and polishes available. Some are pastes and some are liquids. Some are pumps and some are aerosols. Some require much effort to remove and should be used with an orbital polisher. Some are good at water repulsion and durability. Some are good at hiding swirl marks.

Meguiars Gold Class paste wax. Works for me. It's easy to remove dead bugs, road grime etc from the paint. I use their Quik Detailer and all the crap comes of easily. It can be a challenge when I put the cover on the car. If the cover isn't centered properly before I can get situated where I want it, it will slide of the car. Very Happy

I've heard good things about their new wax, NXT GENERATION TECH WAX® 2.0 PASTE. Maybe I'll give it a try.

I have used Zymol for years.
Never had a reason to change.
