Hi,new to this site

Post by tanols on Sat Feb 18, 2012 7:58 pm

Hello,my name is Frank and im from southeastern mass.Just getting into joining the firebird network and talking shop with other firebird owners.Lets see,the first car I ever bought (with my own money) was my 79 trans am,in high school and that was 27 years ago..still proudly own it and am in the process of a second rebuild.First rebuild finished in 2001 and proudly showed it in the world of wheels boston for 3yrs in a row. Then the accident,(divorce)...oh then the wheel mysteriously fell off, causing the other accident.Anyways,2nd rebuild has been a long way coming but trying to debut the TA this late spring.Hope to learn a few things from everybody on this site, thanks

Frank if the second rebuild come out a nice as the First one. Then you have one Great looking 79 trans Am. There are a few great Firebird Clubs in MA. Check them out.

There are links to the Websites on the upper left hand side of this page. Let them know that you heard about them from the Birds Nest.

I saw your car in Brookline at the Camaro Firebird show and I believe at the old Hebert's Candy Mansion show. It's hard to forget that nice of a chrome job on your engine bay. I hope you are successful in getting her back in shape. That is a great car!

Well this is a Great year to get your Firebird back on the road. Not only is there the Lawn Show and all the local cruises/shows but we have the Pontiac celebration this year. Really looking forward to meeting you and admiring your work.
