Hi Rich,

Welcome to the Charter Oak Firebirds Board.

I remember you well when you were a regular poster on Firebird Nation. Your car was one of the Firebird of the Month cars back in 2008 or 2009. Beautiful Trans Am. Very Happy

I still hang out at FBN but there are very few of the old posters remaining at that site...I never see you post there and even George 'Warbird' has gone. Sad

So I am glad you decided to at least take a look at our small set up here. Hopefully you can post up some information and photos of your car and second gen Firebirds.

The 1975 Firebird Trans Am had some unique one year only features.
Glad you found your way here. Laughing

Thanks guys for the warm welcome.

Ya, FBN was just too much for me, average 6 pages of stuff ta day and really not much going on. I frequent 78ta.com and transamcountry.com mostly and my local Firebird club. I was talking with Rick about our dilemma of our old site being taken over by porn and we had to shut the whole thing down. Was looking for a cheap and secure way to get a forum up and running and Rick made some suggestions as well coming over here and seeing you guys. I'll be up in CT in June so I'm hoping to see some of you while I'm there.

Rich,

Welcome again to the Board. I have been to Woodbridge and Virginia Beach last year. Hope to see you this summer if you visit Connecticut.

The July 3 cruise is at Panera Bread on the Berlin Turnpike, Route 15 Newington CT. The address is 3120 Berlin Turnpike located at the intersection of Bob's Discount Furniture Store, the Walmart Shopping Plaza and the Grantmoor Motor Inn.

There should be 125 or more cars at this event if the weather is good.

Rich thanks for posting and post up a few photos of your engine compartment.

Have you left it stock or customized it?

Larry
