Based on performance, ease of repair, durability, ease of modification and available upgrades...what engine would you choose for the perfect all around motor? LT1 or LS1?

Both engines are excellent motors.
Based on performance, ease of repair, durability, ease of modification and available upgrades...what engine would you choose for the perfect all around motor?

LS1 ....I had both..LT1 is also a good engine but the LS (IMHO) has less service issues.
